Daryl Reinke, Interim CEO and Founder

After several years of retirement, Daryl Reinke has returned on an interim basis to lead CCA Floors and Interiors to the next phase of its growth and success. He started the business in 1973. Over the past 45 years CCA Floors and Interiors has developed from a small retail operation to the diversified business that it is today.


Peter LePage, Vice President Government Sales & Tidewater Division

Peter LePage has been with CCA since 2004. Peter is responsible for CCA’s federal, state and regional government business including CCA’s GSA contracts as well as the coordination and execution of non-appropriated fund work with the US Air Force Lodging, Navy Gateway Inns and Suites, and the Inns of the Corp. Peter has been instrumental in growing and developing market segments throughout his career. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial interiors market, Peter has Advanced Sales and Management Training including Bell Leadership and received an AMA Award for Integrated Marketing Campaign Results. Prior to joining CCA, Peter was a Senior Vice President for Interface Flooring. Peter is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Green Bay.

Michael Marange, Vice President Commercial Sales Division

Mike Marange joined CCA as Vice President of Commercial Sales. Mike has over 20 years of flooring experience and grew up in the industry. He began his early professional career as a hard surface pioneer with industry leading carpet manufacturers such as Mohawk and Shaw. He has also been part of and led the sales team at successful retail, property management and commercial operations. Mike will be focused on managing CCA’s Commercial sales team in the DC Metro marketplace as well as the Greater Baltimore region. In addition, Mike oversees CCA’s Builder & Insurance Sales Division. Mike enjoys spending time with his family. As an ex-college baseball player, he especially enjoys watching his son’s little league and daughter’s soccer games.

Gibb Verjee, Vice President Multifamily Sales Division

Gibb Verjee joined CCA in February 2016 as Vice President of the Multifamily Division. Gibb brings more than 30 years of experience in the kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertop industry. During his career, Gibb has served in a variety of leadership capacities, including manufacturing management, corporate product design and development, as well as installation services. Prior to joining CCA, Gibb served as the Vice President of Sales for Leedo Cabinetry where he was instrumental in establishing and growing Leedo’s east coast presence and also managed Leedo’s Military Housing Division. Gibb is a graduate of the British Institute of Interior Design and holds a Masters Degree in Interior Design. Gibb`s interests include reading about world history and geography, watching movies, traveling, playing golf and cricket, and spending time with his family.

Shawn Bayat, Vice President Retail Sales Division

Shawn Bayat joined CCA as Vice President and General Manager of our Home Interiors Group, in July of 2016. Shawn’s incredible experience serving this market segment has enabled CCA to provide the best combination of products and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining CCA, Shawn served as the President of Quality Floor and Home Carpet One where he managed nine locations throughout Northern Virginia and a team of more than 50 people. Shawn currently resides in Centreville, Virginia with his wife and their three sons. He is involved in several charitable organizations. Shawn is an avid soccer fan and enjoys hiking and spending time with his family.

Richard Owens, Vice President Supply Chain

Richard Owens joined CCA as the Vice President of Supply Chain in February of 2016. His responsibilities include overseeing the Estimating, Project and Sales Administration, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics functions. He brings with him more than 25 years of Supply Chain management experience. Prior to joining CCA, Richard was the Vice President of Sales Administration for Leedo Cabinetry. His responsibilities included Project Management, Design, Estimation, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and International Sourcing. Prior to joining Leedo, Richard served as Vice President of Supply Chain for Intertape Polymer Group, an $800 million international manufacturer of packaging products. Richard started his career at Price Waterhouse and has a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University.

Mark McEneaney, Chief Financial Officer

Mark McEneaney joined CCA as the Chief Financial Officer in September 2017. Mark brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience including 10 years of public accounting at Ernst & Young and has since held several CFO positions. He has worked in the residential home construction, technology, and facilities maintenance service industries. Most recently Mark spent 13 years with First Service Networks, where he oversaw the company’s revenue grow from $16 million to more than $650 million. Mark earned his BBA in accounting from James Madison University, his MBA in finance from Loyola University’s Sellinger Business School, and is a CPA.

David Burke, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

David joined CCA in August, 2017. In his current capacity, he is responsible for directing projects that have significant impact on CCA’s profitability and our customers’ satisfaction.

David started his career in the banking business. Prior to joining CCA, David worked for Leedo Cabinetry for more than 17 years where he served in various leadership roles including product development and design, manufacturing, sales, and installation services. His knowledge of building products within the construction industry coupled with his strong information management experience, uniquely qualifies him to assume his new responsibility.

David earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Texas, Austin and obtained a MBA from the University of Houston, Bauer School of Business. David enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and three daughters.

Andrew C. Goshorn, Director of Installation Services for DC Metro Region

With over 35 years of experience in the floorcovering industry, Andrew has spent the past 18 years with CCA as the Director of Installation Services. He is a past President, Vice President and current board member of the Mid-Atlantic Floorcovering Association and serves on the Legislative and Education committees. Andrew is also actively involved in many trade associations such as FCICA, NWFA, WFCA and CFI and has achieved the highest status conferred by the industry by becoming a Certified Flooring Executive (CFE). He holds technical certifications in Carpet, Ceramic, Resilient, Laminate and Hardwood Installation, EPA certified for Renovation, Repair and Paint Initial for Lead Abatement, USACE Construction Quality Management Certification as well as OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Andrew oversees a team of more than 8 managers and over 50+ installation crews. He regularly works with CCA’s customers to ensure that all technical aspects associated with their projects are installed with the highest level of quality and customer service.

Stephen Mueller, Director of Installation Services for Federal Projects & Tidewater Region

Steve Mueller joined CCA in May 2017. Steve has more than 25 years of construction management experience and has served in various construction management roles across the world during his career. Most notably, Steve held senior level construction management positions working on large scale United States and British Federal Projects in Afghanistan. Prior to joining CCA, Steve has managed high profile government projects totaling more than $750,000,000. Steve’s extensive experience within the federal government general contracting community and in-depth knowledge of the general contractor world is a tremendous asset to the CCA team. Steve will help drive improved customer service in our installation service business. Steve enjoys spending time with family, especially attending his two teenage sons’ numerous sporting events. He also greatly enjoys seeing live music in small historic venues throughout the D.C. area. Steve is active in his community with numerous animal rescue organizations and fundraising committees.

Mike Reinke, Board Member

Michael Reinke has served in many capacities within CCA including retail sales, commercial sales, government sales and has also served as CCA’s President. As a Board Member, Mike is often involved in high-level market focused strategic decisions.
