President and CEO
David joined CCA in August, 2017 and has taken on increased responsibility through operation becoming President in
David started his career in the banking business. Prior to joining CCA, David worked for Leedo Cabinetry for more than 17 years where he served in various leadership roles including product development and design, manufacturing, sales, and installation services. His knowledge of building products within the construction industry coupled with his strong information management experience, uniquely qualifies him to assume his new responsibility.
David earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Texas, Austin and obtained a MBA from the University of Houston, Bauer School of Business. David enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and three daughters.
Vice President Supply Chain & Finance
Richard Owens joined CCA as the Vice President of Supply Chain in February of 2016 with added responsibility for finance in 2018. His responsibilities include overseeing the Estimating, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance functions. He brings with him more than 25 years of Supply Chain and Financial Management experience. Prior to joining CCA, Richard was the Vice President of Sales Administration for Leedo Cabinetry. His responsibilities included Project Management, Design, Estimation, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and International Sourcing. Prior to joining Leedo, Richard served as Vice President of Supply Chain for Intertape Polymer Group, an $800 million international manufacturer of packaging products. Richard started his career at Price Waterhouse and has a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University.
Vice President, CCA Commercial/Government Sales Division
Ralph Grove has been with CCA since 1994 and has worked his way up in CCA having been promoted to Vice President in 2005. An industry veteran, Ralph holds the prestigious Certified Flooring Executive (CFE) designation from the World Floor Covering Association. He has been a member of StarNet Commercial Flooring’s Advisory Council for 10 years and served on the Board of Directors for 3 years. Ralph served as Vice President of the Maryland (now Mid-Atlantic) Floor Covering Association. Ralph is also LEED AP-certified. Ralph leads a team of highly qualified sales personnel that can assist with any type of flooring project.
Vice President Retail Sales Division, Builders & Insurance and Multifamily Renovations
Shawn Bayat joined CCA as Vice President and General Manager of our Home Interiors Group, in July of 2016. Shawn’s incredible experience serving this market segment has enabled CCA to provide the best combination of products and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining CCA, Shawn served as the President of Quality Floor and Home Carpet One where he managed nine locations throughout Northern Virginia and a team of more than 50 people. Shawn currently resides in Centreville, Virginia with his wife and their three sons. He is involved in several charitable organizations. Shawn is an avid soccer fan and enjoys hiking and spending time with his family.
Andrew C. Goshorn
Director of Installation Services
With over 37 years of experience in the floorcovering industry, Andrew has spent the past 20 years with CCA as the Director of Installation Services. He is a past President, Vice President and current board member of the Mid-Atlantic Floorcovering Association and serves on the Legislative and Education committees. Andrew is also actively involved in many trade associations such as FCICA, NWFA, WFCA and CFI and has achieved the highest status conferred by the industry by becoming a Certified Flooring Executive (CFE). He holds technical certifications in Carpet, Ceramic, Resilient, Laminate and Hardwood Installation, EPA certified for Renovation, Repair and Paint Initial for Lead Abatement, USACE Construction Quality Management Certification as well as OSHA 30, OSHA Silica Standards Certification, and CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Andrew oversees a team of more than 8 managers and over 50+ installation crews. He regularly works with CCA’s customers to ensure that all technical aspects associated with their projects are installed with the highest level of quality and customer service.
